Apartment
On the ground floor of the property there is an apartment, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
It has two bedrooms, a kitchen and a private courtyard where the visitor can enjoy the view of the garden or the sea.
The furniture is handmade from wood, while air conditioning, LCD TV, refrigerator, hair dryer are provided.
Access to the apartment is through an independent entrance, while the staff takes care of the daily cleaning of the rooms.

- For each reservation, a payment in advance is required, which will be 25% of the reservation’s total price and it will be covering for at least one night of stay.
- An extra person will be charged plus 20% of the price.
- Pets are not accepted.
- Free cancelling in case of informing us at least 21 days before the arrival date.
- Breakfast is charged 10.00€ (Euro) for each person per day.
- Check-in 3 p.m. and Check-out 11 a.m.
